- Awarded the Buckingham and Winslow Advertiser Media Studies Prize by the Royal Latin School in July 2010
- Helped collaborate and run the ‘Just Vote’ campaign to encourage students to vote in the national referendum on the Alternative Vote from March – May 2011
- Undergraduate Arts Faculty Representative Elect for Warwick Students’ Union 2011 - 2012
- Held a photography exhibition in The Old Gaol Museum in Buckingham of my work with the help of Buckingham Camera Club in July 2008
- A member of Shed MK theatre group, a part of charity Interaction MK from 2006 – 2008 working with disadvantaged children and producing performances including ‘The Tempest’ in 2006 and ‘Seachange’ in 2008 by securing a grant from Milton Keynes Council
- Was selected to spent three weeks in Jinan, China as part of the ‘Study China Programme’ with the University of Manchester, learning Mandarin and experiencing modern China in April 2011
- Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award completed
- Took part in an ‘Inspire’ programme as part of the University of Warwick’s Students’ Union and Teach First which organised school visits for disadvantaged pupils to give them impartial advice about university education in March 2011
- Have participated in fundraising with Missing People UK in 2008
- Completed the ‘Race for Life’ in Milton Keynes for Cancer Research UK raising over £200 in June 2010
